FIPS-M November meeting 2017

During the 2017 annual FIPSm Board meeting in Luxembourg retiring general secretary Pierre Biever was given a special presentation by Hubert Waldheim, the president of FIPSm for 30 years of outstanding service to Sea Angling. During the same meeting the retiring President of the Technical Committee Louis Morvan from France was made a Honorary Board Member of FIPSm for his years of dedicated service.
