Death of Ronny De Ranter
The FIPS-M has the sad duty to share that our dear friend, Honorary Member of the Committee and World Champion of Boat Fishing, Ronny De Ranter passed away on August 16, 2024.
Ronny was one of the pillars of the FIPS-M and his heart beat for sport fishing. For many years he was a member of the Technical Commission, responsible for the boat angling, and, later, Honorary Member of the Board of the FIPS-M. In the world of fishing, Ronny was much respected and loved. His valuable advice and pertinent remarks have contributed considerably to the development of FIPS-M and sport fishing in the sea.
Ronny will be missed and we must keep him in good memory.
