Annual meeting of the Steering Committee and the Technical Commission
of FIPS-M in Luxembourg

In presence of the President of CIPS, Mr. Ferenc Szalay, the Committee honored Mr. Kurt Muskat for his outstanding work for FIPS-M. Besides many other activities, Kurt managed registration of the records. However, the technique of "Catch and Release" increasingly promoted and practiced by FIPS-M is no longer consistent with these registration trophy and record practices. Therefore the Committee decided at its meeting of 30 November 2013 to stop these recordings. Thank you Kurt for your exemplary work. The Committee is confident that he will still often apply for your help and your advice.
